Our leadership team has years of management experience in multi-disciplinary drug discovery and development sectors, including commercial manufacture of Biologics.

ProBio has the most remarkable project management (PM) team. All project managers are well-trained and experienced in biologics drug development.

• Professional – Our PM team has extensive project management experiences in Biologics drug development from pre-IND to BLA-filing stages and in-depth understanding of regulatory guidelines. All team members are well-trained scientists, with more than 50% Ph.D degree holders and/or 50% of them received education in  overseas higher education institutes. Multiple team members are acknowledged for their professional project management skills with PMP certificates. This is a team with extensive cross-discipline scientific knowledge and academically trained critical thinking mindset.
• Trustworthy – In our project management system, client serves as an important member of our project team, while our PM staff considered as part of client’s project team for close coordination and management. PMs from both sides maintain open communication relationship to effectively manage risks and complete project within target timeline.
• Efficient – In addition to regular email and teleconference progress update, technical seminars can be held when necessary to ensure all issues are properly addressed in time. We are committed to fast response to client’s request, usually within 1 business day.
