AAssistVTM-pRC and AAssistVTM-pHelper
Suitable from preclinical to early clinical phases
Adeno-associated virus (AAV) is a common vector. As usual, three plasmids are used to produce AAV vector: one transfer plasmid, one helper plasmid and one Rep/Cap plasmid. Through the triple transient transfection system, the three plasmids will be transfected into HEK293 cell line (PowerSTM-293) and form the vector. Currently, ProBio provides AAssistVTM plasmids including AAssistVTM-pHelper and AAssistVTM-pRC that can satisfy the customers’ requirements from preclinical to early clinical phases. We also offer different AAV serotypes, such as AAV2, AAV5 and other engineering AAV, which target different organs or tissues in the body as well.
